Is Kaksha really free?+
Yes. The Free plan has no student limit and no time limit. Upgrade only if you want online payments, bulk import, extra staff or more storage.
How do students sign in?+
Each center gets a 6-digit Tuition Code. Students sign in with that code plus a student ID and password you set for them.
How do online payments work?+
Add your own Razorpay keys in Settings. Money is settled directly to your Razorpay account — Kaksha never touches it. We only mark the fee as paid when Razorpay confirms.
Can I import my existing students?+
Yes, upload a CSV from the Students page (Basic/Pro). Free-plan users can add students one by one.
Is my data safe?+
Every center's data is isolated by database-level rules. Students can only see their own records — never another student's.
