Kaksha is a software subscription service. Paid plans (Basic, Pro) are billed in Indian Rupees (INR) through Razorpay Software Private Limited. No physical goods are sold on this website.
This policy covers payments made to Ralosy for Kaksha subscriptions. It does not cover tuition fees that a center collects from parents through the center's own connected Razorpay account — those are between the parent and the center.
The Free plan lets you evaluate Kaksha without payment. You will not be charged unless you explicitly upgrade to a paid plan.
You can cancel your paid subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside your workspace, or by emailing us. When you cancel:
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, because access to the Service is provided immediately. However, we will process a refund in the following cases:
Requests unrelated to the above (for example, changed your mind, low usage, or you forgot to cancel before renewal) will be evaluated on a best-effort basis and are at our discretion.

We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and, if approved, process the refund via the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Actual credit time depends on your bank or UPI provider.
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we may temporarily suspend your workspace until the dispute is resolved.
